On November 16, 2023, the AI Ethics Awards Ceremony was held. The awards were presented by Tatyana Matveeva, Head of the Department of the Presidential Administration for the Development of Information and Communication Technologies and Communications Infrastructure, and Andrey Neznamov, Chairman of the National Commission on AI Ethics. The AI Ethics Awards Ceremony is a significant event aimed at recognizing and encouraging outstanding achievements in the development and application of artificial intelligence with high ethical standards.

С. Nakvasin and his team are organizers of AI Ethics Forums, including the first one held in 2021. It was there that the AI Code of Ethics was opened for signing. А. Neznamov is one of the ideologists of AI ethics development in the country and one of the creators of the Code of Ethics. He and the Sberbank team organize the work of the National Commission, hold dozens of ceremonial rounds of adherence to the Code of Ethics across the country, and promote the Russian approach to AI ethics abroad. Andrey is also the secretary of Sberbank's internal AI Ethics Committee and one of the developers of Sber's AI Ethics Principles.
